Speedmaster Pro-Billet Distributor Small Block Chevy

This is a Speedmaster pro billet distributor and i think its for a small block Chevy but not 100% sure on that. There is no part number that i can find anywhere on the thing. Box has been opened but the distributor and cables are still sealed in plastic baggies.
