Premium Small Block Chevy 350 Aluminum EFI Fuel Injection Manifold
This is a premium American-made aluminum 350 Chevy casting. Unlike most castings you will find on the market this is made out of primary 356 Alcoa aluminum. Then treated with a T6 heat treat.
Let the pictures tell the story for you. This beautiful casting has been shot peened with stainless steel to keep a natural aluminum finish that won't change colors and rust, like iron shot will; and makes cleanup easy. Every surface has been CNC machined to.
0023 of an inch, so you don't need to worry about proper fitment. Using diamond cutters this manifold has smooth clean surfaces, you can take the manifold off and on; without destroying your gasket. As they are happy with their billet fuel injection set-up their manifolds are porous, machined incorrectly and threads strip out, due to pour casting and engineering.
In most cases this manifold will allow you to use your existing fuel injection set up, with little to no modifications needed. The thing that my customers likes the most is the polish-ability of primary aluminum over the secondary aluminum the other manufacturers use.
Not only does this primary aluminum polish better, but it last longer and stays brighter. Because this is cast at foundries that implore rigorous aircraft standards and practices, you can be sure it's the highest quality available. If you're experiencing premature corrosion in your water jacket, threads stripping out, uneven torque distribution, etc.
This is the manifold for you. A few important things: this manifold is designed to fit right on 350 cylinder heads; and run! Unlike some other intake manifolds this has been cast to aircraft standards.The manifold has been pressure tested in the water jacket, runners and plenum to 60 psi. This manifold is designed to last while other fail.
