This listing is for a brand new street performance hydraulic cam from Elgin Industries that is made in the USA. Street performance cams are designed for mild street performance and are not recommended for towing applications. A modified chip may be needed for computer controlled cars. Some intake vacuum loss is to be expected but should still run power brakes and accessories normally. Street performance cams work best with slightly modified engines with compression ratio of 10.3-1 or less. Headers, dual exhaust, and 4 barrel carburetor recommended. Can use manual or automatic transmission with stock convertor.
