Ceramacoated They are in used condition and have some blemishes, a couple dents but nothing major that keeps them from working properly V-bands have been welded on along with ports for afr gauges or you can plug them, don't have plugs Also come with the clamps but you would need the other side welded to your exhaust to attach Please check fitment of these headers as they will only work with a aftermarket sub frame frame Mustang II type or AJE tubular frame as that is what they come off of.
