These headers are the "ram style" exhaust headers designed for your Small Block Chevy and feature a Ceramic Coated Finish. These headers are very nice, but they are not perfect show quality. There will be some nics and scuffs in the finish.
As long as you aren't expecting flawless, you will be happy with this deal. These headers come with all you see pictured. These are smooth style headers without the brackets.
